Description

  • Lead onboarding for new brands from kickoff through go-live.
  • Configure each brand's offers, channels, and audiences based on their goals.
  • Set success metrics and a first-30-days plan for each brand.
  • Drive brands to first revenue quickly and cleanly.
  • Own a book of brands as the main point of contact.
  • Run regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance recaps.
  • Track account health, usage, and renewal timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate renewal risks before they escalate.
  • Own renewals and identify expansion opportunities across your accounts.
  • Collaborate with Rev Ops, Product, Ops, and Sales to translate performance into account actions and improve handoffs.
  • Help standardize onboarding playbooks, account templates, and CS workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or partnerships.
  • Experience in martech, ecommerce, or SaaS is preferred.
  • A track record of retaining and growing a book of business.
  • Comfort working with performance data and turning metrics into a clear narrative.
  • Strong communication skills for business reviews and written follow-ups.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and serve as the single point of accountability for an account.
  • Strong organization and comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine curiosity about ecommerce and what drives brand growth.
  • Bonus: familiarity with the DTC stack, including Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shopify, or experience working with DTC brands.
