Description

  • Lead technical discovery, blueprinting, requirements definition, solution design, and client discussions.
  • Develop technical specifications, functional requirements, and detailed test scripts.
  • Cleanse, restructure, model, migrate, and govern data across Salesforce and downstream analytics platforms.
  • Design and build data pipelines, transformation workflows, and ingestion frameworks using Python and SQL.
  • Architect integrations and data solutions across Salesforce Data 360, Databricks, enterprise warehouses, Tableau, and related platforms.
  • Design Salesforce declarative solutions using Flows, page layouts, validation rules, and permission structures.
  • Build code-based Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and integrations when declarative tools are insufficient.
  • Develop analytics models, reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions for prospect-to-cash workflows.
  • Advise clients on AI strategy and build production solutions using Agentforce, Databricks Mosaic, Claude, and Gemini.
  • Manage releases, deployments, testing, change management, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across declarative configuration, Apex, LWC, integrations, and solution architecture.
  • 5+ years of production experience with Python and SQL in data engineering or analytics environments.
  • 10+ years of consulting or technical delivery experience, including discovery, blueprinting, and complex deployments.
  • Experience with data cleansing, migration, modeling, governance, and downstream analytics requirements.
  • Experience advising on enterprise Salesforce architecture, scalability, integration patterns, and declarative versus custom-code trade-offs.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar for technical delivery.
  • Experience identifying and applying AI, LLM, and intelligent-agent use cases on Salesforce or related platforms.
  • Meaningful experience in media, advertising sales, or adjacent industries with prospect-to-cash workflows.
  • Strong facilitation, documentation, presentation, and senior-stakeholder communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, or similar data and analytics platforms; deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise required.
