Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, test classes, and asynchronous processes.
  • Build Lightning Web Components using JavaScript and Apex.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, record types, workflows, Flows, and page layouts.
  • Create unit and integration tests and support release readiness.
  • Manage reports, dashboards, data updates, and migrations using Salesforce data tools.
  • Implement Salesforce security controls, access permissions, sharing rules, and organization-wide defaults.
  • Support deployments using Change Sets, ANT, Gearset, Git, Jenkins, and other CI/CD tools.
  • Deliver Experience Cloud sites, portals, communities, and Salesforce CMS solutions.
  • Provide troubleshooting, production support, documentation, and Service Cloud Voice/Amazon Connect integration support.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification required; Administrator and additional certifications preferred.
  • 8+ years of Salesforce application development and platform management experience.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flow, Process Builder, APIs, governor limits, web services, and batch jobs.
  • Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components with JavaScript and Apex.
  • Proficiency building complex Salesforce Flows and scalable declarative automation.
  • Advanced Salesforce configuration experience, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, record types, page layouts, and territory management.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, Salesforce CMS, Sites, Portals, and Communities.
  • Experience with Gearset, version control, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud; Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
  • Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Availability for a remote, 20-hour-per-week, five-month project; U.S. work authorization required without sponsorship.

  • Estimated compensation range of $110,000–$140,000 USD.
  • Potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs.
