Description

  • Identify and research potential clients that match Uptalent.io’s target market and service offerings.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and outbound outreach to decision-makers.
  • Set up meetings and demos with qualified prospects.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence and business growth.
  • Collaborate on joint partner initiatives such as co-marketing campaigns, events, and product integrations.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software and prioritize opportunities effectively.
  • Track and report sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales forecasts.
  • Conduct initial meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase Uptalent.io’s services and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business development strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar B2B role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
