Description

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians and office staff across a defined region.
  • Grow market share within the assigned region by increasing referral outcomes from current and prospective partners.
  • Develop and follow an effective call strategy for the assigned territory.
  • Report regularly to the Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales on progress, challenges, goals, and outcomes.
  • Build effective relationships with customers and community leaders in the region.
  • Present company information, service offerings, and outcomes data to existing and potential partners.
  • Use reporting and data tools to communicate clinical quality and service performance.
  • Identify publicity opportunities, coordinate community events, and participate in regional meetings as requested.
  • Work collaboratively with Clinic Directors, Therapy staff, Business Office staff, and peers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales.
  • 2+ years of sales and marketing experience targeting physicians, medical offices, employers, or a related field.
  • Medical or healthcare sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in an environment with multiple objectives.
  • Confidence and persuasion in guiding the sales process.
  • Ability to sell intangible ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Flexible, adaptive, engaging, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to build business relationships with customers and community leaders.
