Description

  • Provide technical support and enterprise support to UpGuard community members and customers globally.
  • Handle technical inquiries and coordinate cross-departmental escalations with security engineers and internal teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and update the internal knowledge base and contribute to the external knowledge base.
  • Upskill and educate customers and community members on how to use the platform effectively.
  • Manage communications with security engineers and customers regarding ticket escalations and bugs.
  • Investigate, analyze, and explain customer risks identified through the platform, including remediation guidance using internal and external tools.
  • Advocate for customer needs with the product team to drive feature improvements and product analysis.
  • Create and innovate using AI and emerging technologies to improve support and workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience investigating and replicating technical issues in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing various AI models.
  • Understanding of tiered support systems.
  • Experience with the Linux command line.
  • Experience identifying and verifying cybersecurity risks.
  • Strong working knowledge of Nmap, Curl, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, email security, n8n, AI, and APIs.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and regions, including asynchronously in a global environment.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Experience with CRMs, HubSpot, Asana, and Notion, and various AI models, is preferred.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, network security, and risk remediation is preferred.
  • Business-level Japanese fluency, spoken and written, is preferred.
