Description

  • Implement and support infrastructure technologies including Microsoft Azure, VMware, and networking systems.
  • Execute migrations from on-premises platforms to cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage enterprise support requests for clients using Kraft Kennedy’s managed services.
  • Perform planned evening and weekend maintenance tasks when needed.
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • Escalate complex client issues to internal or external resources in a timely manner.
  • Provide on-site support when necessary.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Azure infrastructure experience with a heavy focus on Azure networking, including firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, load balancing, private endpoints, traffic managers, and application gateways.
  • Experience with networking technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, and Meraki.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or higher.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell.
  • Experience in a technology support organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of IT experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, accuracy, follow-up, problem solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Preferred: additional Microsoft 365 products such as Intune and OneDrive for Business.
  • Preferred: VMware experience.
  • Preferred: Citrix experience.
  • Preferred: Azure Virtual Desktop experience.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or related technical certifications.
  • Must live in one of the approved U.S. states or DC to be considered for the remote role.
