Description

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop differentiated product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and customer personas.
  • Plan and execute product launch campaigns in partnership with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
  • Build core sales and marketing assets, including pitch decks, product datasheets, and product-related content.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Sales and broader Marketing teams.
  • Represent UpGuard at industry events and conferences.
  • Partner with the Product team to uncover customer insights and opportunities to improve the product experience.
  • Support campaign execution with hands-on content creation, including landing page mockups, screen recordings, and copy as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience working on early-stage products and supporting early customer discovery.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand pain points and translate them into marketing insights.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Product leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working hands-on and contributing to campaign assets and copy when needed.
  • Data-driven, with ability to draw insights from Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Mixpanel.
  • Curious about adopting AI tools that improve how work gets done.
  • Strong grasp of cybersecurity (preferred).
  • Familiarity with product-led go-to-market motions (preferred).
  • Experience at a growth-stage tech company (preferred).
