Description

Design and document repeatable implementation methodologies, project plans, and standard operating procedures for the new Professional Services function.
Own complex enterprise deployments end-to-end, including planning, execution, and transition to Customer Success.
Manage client expectations, prevent scope creep, and lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure successful delivery.
Develop deep expertise in UpGuard’s platform and troubleshoot complex integrations with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems.
Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical specifications and redesigned workflows.
Redesign legacy vendor risk processes to align with UpGuard automation and best practices.
Build trust with technical stakeholders and executive sponsors across customer organizations.
Serve as the bridge between Professional Services, Sales, and Product by feeding field insights back into the roadmap.
Help establish delivery baselines, KPIs, and scalable service standards for the global team.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services.
Proven track record of managing concurrent, complex enterprise deployments.
Experience consulting with large-scale organizations of 5,000+ employees.
Expertise in GRC is highly desirable.
Experience with PSA tools such as Rocketlane, Certinia, or Productive.
Exceptional ability to work with executive stakeholders and push back when necessary.
Ability to read API documentation, design data mappings, and troubleshoot integrations independently.
Experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or Third-Party Risk Management is highly regarded but not required.
Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous, evolving environments.
Must be able to pass a national police history check and reference checks.
Cannot require visa sponsorship or relocation.
