Description

  • Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting channels such as cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify, target, and nurture potential outbound leads.
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Understand prospect needs and communicate them clearly to Account Executives.
  • Articulate UpGuard’s value proposition and products in a way that aligns to each prospect’s specific problem or need.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the CRM and sales engagement platform.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to share prospect insights and improve processes and product direction.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably as an SDR or BDR.
  • Strong phone sales skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales metrics.
  • Experience with outbound sales activities, including calls, social media engagement, and email sequencing.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback and work collaboratively across teams.
  • High energy and willingness to learn.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and efficient time management.
  • B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Fluency in Malay and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Industry experience in cybersecurity or supply chain information risk is an advantage.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Outreach.io, or similar CRM and sales engagement software is an advantage.
  • Must not require visa sponsorship or relocation.
  • Must be able to complete a national police history check and reference checks.
