Description

  • Identify partnership opportunities that support business growth.
  • Develop new relationships to expand the company’s business.
  • Maintain and grow existing business relationships.
  • Think critically while planning to help ensure project success.
  • Work in a sales-oriented capacity to support revenue objectives.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by the manager to meet departmental and divisional goals.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team Leader/CBDO as part of the reporting structure.
  • Support immediate-start business development activities across the company’s global operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of business development experience, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge of and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, confident, outgoing personality.
  • Positive, can-do, go-getter attitude.
  • Willingness to travel, including cross-state travel.
  • Experience with or understanding of financial services is preferred.
