Description

  • Own and evolve HubSpot CRM architecture, including deal stages, pipeline configuration, property management, record automation, and data hygiene.
  • Serve as the overall CRM product owner for the GTM organization.
  • Build and maintain workflow automations across the deal lifecycle, from deal creation through solutions implementation and renewal.
  • Own deal desk, CPQ, and quote-to-cash processes to ensure clean handoffs from signed contract to provisioning and payment.
  • Ship custom integrations and production tools using AI-assisted development to solve operational problems.
  • Own HubSpot onboarding and GTM tool enablement for AEs, BDRs, and other cross-functional users.
  • Build and maintain post-deal pipeline reporting and forecasting infrastructure for Sales leadership.
  • Build expansion pipeline infrastructure and renewal workflow automation in coordination with the GTM Engineer, Growth.
  • Conduct build-vs-buy analyses for new tooling needs and choose the right implementation approach.
  • Maintain strong documentation and keep operating processes current and accessible.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in revenue operations or sales operations at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep HubSpot CRM experience, including workflow automation, custom properties, and pipeline management.
  • Experience building workflow automations with HubSpot workflows, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
  • Must have shipped a tool, integration, or automation to production that a team actively uses.
  • Experience with deal routing, account-to-rep assignment, expansion routing, and renewal workflows.
  • Experience designing systems for handoff of accounts from Sales to Solutions for technical implementation.
  • Experience with CPQ, billing integrations, or deal desk operations.
  • Experience owning sales enablement processes, such as GTM team onboarding workflows and automations.
  • Ability to run quick build-vs-buy analyses and determine when to configure, integrate, or build.
  • Experience with renewal processes and automation.
  • Strong documentation discipline and a habit of treating documentation as a first-class deliverable.
  • Nice to have: experience at a developer-focused or open-source company.
  • Nice to have: experience with enterprise ICPs and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Nice to have: experience supporting expansion motions alongside Growth.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with AI-native GTM workflows.
