Description

  • Identify, position, and execute capture strategies for key and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop large commercial market captures from qualification through opportunity closure.
  • Create technical solutions, win strategies, capture plans, and bid strategies to improve proposal readiness.
  • Gather, assess, and validate customer business and technical needs with internal sales, business development, and delivery teams.
  • Work with account leads to define contact plans, technical solutions, and bid strategies for winning opportunities.
  • Identify customer IT parameters and constraints that affect solution design.
  • Assess competition, evaluate competitive threats, and anticipate market risks.
  • Map company offerings to client requirements and identify gaps and strategies to close business.
  • Apply pricing knowledge and baseline pricing strategies to support competitive capture approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry with a focus on selling to commercial customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Experience in the physical security, managed services, or related industries.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Proven success selling to commercial and enterprise customers.
  • Strong relationships within the commercial sector.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial procurement process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
