Description

  • Lead identification, positioning, and capture execution for key strategic opportunities.
  • Develop large commercial capture opportunities from qualification through closure with cross-functional teams.
  • Create technical solutions, win strategies, capture plans, and bid strategies for enterprise pursuits.
  • Gather, assess, and validate customer business and technical requirements.
  • Work with account leads, business development, and delivery teams to align contact plans and solutions to customer needs.
  • Identify customer IT parameters and constraints that affect proposed solutions.
  • Analyze competition, market threats, and opportunities to strengthen pursuit strategy.
  • Map Unlimited Technology offerings to client needs and identify gaps and closing strategies.
  • Apply pricing knowledge to create competitive and compelling capture strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industry with a focus on selling to commercial customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Experience in the physical security, managed services, or related industries.
  • Strong relationships within the commercial sector.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial procurement process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
