Description

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for domestic payment gateway solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise merchants across sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, travel, edtech, and healthcare.
  • Own MTU and GMV targets and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise clients.
  • Leverage CXO-level and senior stakeholder relationships to generate new business.
  • Position Unlimit against competitors in both domestic and cross-border segments.
  • Work closely with product, integration, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless onboarding and go-live.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales within payments, fintech, or banking.
  • Must come from a fintech background; PA/PG experience is preferred.
  • Strong network and proven experience selling to large enterprise merchants.
  • Deep understanding of the UPI ecosystem, cards (credit/debit), payment gateways, and aggregators.
  • Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals and managing long sales cycles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure deals.
  • Exposure to cross-border payments or international collections is preferred.
  • Experience working with payment aggregators, PSPs, or banks is preferred.
  • Prior experience in fintech companies is preferred.
