Description

  • Lead the retail sales function across Latin America and drive business expansion and growth.
  • Align retail sales objectives with Oura’s broader business strategy through planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to increase sales growth and market share.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and KPIs across retail channels in LATAM.
  • Manage key retail partnerships, including contract negotiations, pricing, promotions, and account growth.
  • Lead distributor strategy, performance management, forecasting, inventory planning, and commercial negotiations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
  • Conduct market research and provide leadership with sales, market, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, supply chain, DTC, Membership, Partnerships, and Enterprise teams on retail and omnichannel initiatives.
  • Support product launches and marketing campaigns to maximize retail impact.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in retail sales, trade, and account management, including 5+ years in a leadership role focused on LATAM.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Proven success working with large retailers across multiple channels, including general merchandisers, online, specialty, and other verticals.
  • Experience driving growth with existing partners, launching new retail channels, and managing complex product launches.
  • Experience leading large-scale fixture and display programs and visual merchandising for top-tier retailers, including 3PL programs, training, and maintenance programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and scale teams as the business grows.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and project management skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Latin American retail market and consumer hardware industry trends.
