Description

  • Manage Unity’s largest channel partners across the EMEA region to drive revenue growth at scale.
  • Collaborate with direct sales teams to align on repeatable sales initiatives.
  • Drive and manage partner activity to increase revenue contribution and engagement with Unity solutions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to assess strengths, identify improvement areas, and adjust strategies.
  • Contribute to the medium- and long-term strategic direction of Unity’s Channel Partner team.
  • Support the team’s mission and objectives through active participation in planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel or partner sales, including selling with and through partners.
  • Strong track record of quota attainment and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in SaaS sales.
  • Sales experience in industrial sectors such as automotive, aerospace, construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
  • Professional verbal and written English communication skills for frequent global collaboration.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
  • Work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
