Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the creative team and support operational excellence.
  • Implement and continuously improve operational frameworks, workflows, and automation systems, including AI-driven solutions.
  • Allocate resources, manage scheduling, and plan capacity to meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate across teams such as Growth, Publishing, and Product to keep operations aligned.
  • Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and introduce process improvements and automation tools.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to operational efficiency, automation impact, and creative output.
  • Facilitate clear communication and information sharing within the creative team and across the organization.

Requirements

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Ad Ops or Project Management, preferably in creative, marketing, or agency environments.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying AI to operational and creative processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work in a role that requires frequent and regular communication with global colleagues and partners in English.
  • No relocation support is available for this position.
