Description

  • Scout and identify vendor partners in SEA capable of manufacturing high-quality women’s woven products with fast production lead times.
  • Pitch, onboard, and evaluate new vendor partners using clear test-period criteria and scalability standards.
  • Manage and improve partner operations for existing supplier relationships across current Quince categories.
  • Expand the supply base while driving better product costs, quality, and commercial terms for sustainable sales and profitability.
  • Source materials quickly to improve product cost, quality, and speed for scaled production.
  • Negotiate across the supply chain from T1 to T2 mill/vendor partners.
  • Build and maintain an open-costing strategy and validated cost structure for vendor negotiations.
  • Represent Quince as a partner ambassador in all interactions and deepen supplier relationships.
  • Improve launch performance by identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and driving faster development times.
  • Lead cross-functional and multicultural stakeholders while creating new processes and SOPs for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in women’s apparel, specifically women’s woven tops, with high-end national brands in the United States and Europe.
  • Experience with women’s woven product categories and supplier management in a retail or apparel environment.
  • Strong open-costing experience from a brand or manufacturer side.
  • Experience negotiating with suppliers across the supply chain from T1 to T2 mill/vendor partners.
  • Strong strategic and commercial understanding of sourcing, trade benefits, and product-to-market optimization for the USA, Canada, and Europe.
  • Consumer-focused, ambitious, and able to provide strategic leadership.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on execution, process improvement, and brand enhancement.
  • Excellent collaboration, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills; supply chain or operations background preferred.
  • Resilient under pressure and willing to challenge the status quo.
