Description

  • Own the day-to-day management of Microsoft and channel partner incentives to support customer movement to Microsoft Azure.
  • Manage a seven-figure annual funding target by aligning and maximizing funding across current and future sales opportunities.
  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert on Microsoft partner programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Lead Microsoft partner system engagement and co-sell motions between 3Cloud sellers and Microsoft and channel field teams.
  • Support joint go-to-market execution by advising on incentive structures, partner motions, and funding strategy.
  • Drive sales readiness and adoption of partner programs and joint go-to-market priorities.
  • Manage Rhythm of Business engagements with Microsoft and channel field sales leaders to build awareness and uncover revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of programs, funding, and pipeline stages in Salesforce, including follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.
  • Work directly with clients, Sales, Delivery, and project managers to coordinate partner engagement and resolve escalations.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across alliance operations.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Operations preferred.
  • Experience using a CRM system, with Salesforce preferred, to manage a large pipeline of information.
  • Experience working in a consulting or sales environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Passion for cloud technologies and continuous learning.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with various stakeholders while delivering consistent results.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of client focus.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, as sponsorship is not available.
