Description

  • Partner with AMER sales teams to identify, qualify, and position Unity Customer Success offerings, including support, training, and consulting.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and regional stakeholders to design and scope customized success solutions aligned with customer goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the Customer Success deal pipeline across the AMER region.
  • Provide insights that support forecasting and revenue growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with enablement, customer success, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to execution.
  • Represent Customer Success in strategic customer discussions and communicate the value of Unity’s long-term engagement model.
  • Build and deliver customer-facing presentations and proposals that connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Support sales teams in qualifying and positioning customer success, support, training, and consulting offerings to enterprise clients.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting sales teams in qualifying and positioning customer success, support, training, consulting, or similar offerings to enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or real-time 3D (RT3D) technologies and how they support digital transformation.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce for managing and analyzing sales pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver customer-facing presentations or proposals.
  • Experience collaborating across regional and global teams to drive consistency and operational excellence in pre-sales activities.
  • Familiarity with Unity’s ecosystem, RT3D workflows, or digital twin applications is preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or government clients within the AMER region is preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer success methodologies or service delivery frameworks is preferred.
  • Exposure to professional training, consulting, or enablement program design is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills are required for frequent professional verbal and written exchanges with global colleagues and partners.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
  • Work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
