Description

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound prospect calls from a home-based call center in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assess prospect needs, provide accurate information, and advance leads through follow-up until a tour is scheduled and a home is secured.
  • Explain the benefits of living in Corvias communities and promote available services to support lease generation.
  • Maintain knowledge of lease terms, community policies, market-ready inventory, promotions, leasing incentives, local market conditions, and competitor communities.
  • Guide prospective residents through virtual leasing communication and process applications, lease agreements, and occupancy documents.
  • Collect prorated rent payments, security deposits, and application fees as part of the leasing process.
  • Audit the applicant waitlist, manage home assignments, and help minimize vacancy loss by aligning ready dates and move-in dates.
  • Resolve prospect concerns by researching issues and recommending appropriate next steps.
  • Use leasing software and CRM tools to track communications, maintain data accuracy, and validate information.
  • Coordinate background and credit checks with external vendors and ensure all phases of the leasing application process are completed.
  • Support occupancy goals, performance metrics, call quality standards, fair housing compliance, and standard operating procedures.
  • Build collaborative relationships with on-site leasing staff and prospective residents and support a smooth handoff to move-in inspection.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior work experience in sales, marketing, leasing, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to identify what is driving or hindering a prospect’s progress toward lease closing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for phone, email, and text communication.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and achieve results with little oversight.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote team environment focused on collaboration and accountability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospective residents from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills, with willingness to seek guidance when needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheet, database software, and CRM tools.
  • Must live within a reasonable driving distance of one of the listed military bases in AL, KS, LA, MD, NC, or OK.
  • Preferred/beneficial: prior experience with customer relationship management tools and leasing process workflows.
