Description

  • Conduct engaging sales presentations to prospective clients and close new business.
  • Work qualified appointments provided by the company rather than generating all leads independently.
  • Meet clients face-to-face in an assigned 80–90 mile territory.
  • Follow up effectively and manage the sales process through to completion.
  • Use a CRM system and computer tools to track activity and manage leads.
  • Represent the company’s estate planning product in a direct-to-consumer sales setting.
  • Collaborate with company training and support resources to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful outside, direct-to-consumer, or in-home sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of in-home sales experience is also referenced as a qualification.
  • Strong closing skills and proven ability to follow through on sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with computers and prior experience using a CRM system.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within an assigned territory.
  • Must reside in the state and area where the position is being offered.
  • No license is required for this position.
  • Experience in estate planning, insurance, or solar sales is not required and the role is not insurance.
  • Must be able to work with qualified leads and appointments provided by the company.
