Description

  • Prospect and contact potential clients by phone, email, and LinkedIn using both warm and cold leads.
  • Present the company’s services and explain the benefits of the client portal.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to support smooth client onboarding.
  • Follow up with new clients to confirm satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, with B2B sales preferred.
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or service industries preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach.
  • Experience using CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
