Description

  • Own a high volume of admissions calls with applicants and admitted candidates to answer questions about the program experience.
  • Explain program value, outcomes, fees, payment options, and how the offering compares with alternatives such as executive education, MBAs, certificates, and cohort-based courses.
  • Guide admitted candidates from decision to enrollment through timely phone and email follow-up, removing blockers before deadlines.
  • Manage employer-sponsored enrollment communications and provide materials that help candidates secure company support.
  • Respond to sponsorship inquiries from managers, HR, and learning and development teams.
  • Maintain clean pipeline notes, strong CRM hygiene, and reliable follow-through.
  • Meet daily and weekly contact and response-time goals.
  • Capture recurring questions, objections, and sponsorship themes and share them with admissions and marketing teams.
  • Provide surge coverage during peak periods such as webinar follow-up, deadline outreach, and inbox support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment advising, inside sales, account management, or another phone-forward consultative role.
  • Experience in executive education, higher education, edtech, or premium consumer experiences is a plus.
  • Comfortable handling 20–30+ meaningful phone conversations per day.
  • Strong writing skills for high-volume, warm, and concise email communication.
  • Conversant in AI and able to speak credibly with senior professionals about its impact on work.
  • Fluent in the business-education landscape, including executive education, online MBAs, certificates, and cohort-based programs.
  • Organized and self-directed with strong CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment where priorities change week to week.
  • Available across U.S. time zones, including some early-evening hours.
  • Temporary, full-time role via staffing partner TCW Global, with an anticipated initial assignment of approximately one month and possible extension at MasterClass's discretion.

Benefits

  • $28/hour base pay.
  • Eligibility for variable incentive pay.
  • Estimated total on-target earnings of up to $12,000 monthly, inclusive of base pay.
  • Remote U.S. work location.
  • Temporary, full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Overtime-eligible, nonexempt status.
  • Sick leave and other legally required benefits are managed by the staffing partner.
