Description

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.
  • Build pipeline from scratch in an early-stage environment and identify strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for large enterprise opportunities.
  • Translate technical AI and machine learning capabilities into business outcomes for C-suite and executive buyers.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account expansion strategies across IT, product, and innovation teams.
  • Partner directly with the VP of Sales and founders to refine enterprise strategy and influence the product roadmap.
  • Help shape the sales playbook and build the company’s initial revenue engine.
  • Close high-value deals that define the company’s market position.
  • Work with buyers on tailored proof-of-concept engagements and value-based selling motions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota overachievement at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven track record closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations.
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries with complex compliance requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in regulated industries.
  • Nice-to-have: Prior success in an early-stage company.
