Description

  • Develop and execute account plans to identify and capture expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders by understanding business challenges and aligning Miro’s solutions to their goals.
  • Present tailored proposals and demonstrations that highlight new use cases and measurable ROI.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to support customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of expansion opportunities and forecast revenue growth accurately.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations that help customers achieve their objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform customer conversations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Management or Account Executive experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through account expansion.
  • Proficiency in relationship-based selling techniques and methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, or similar tools.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • A passion for customer success and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
