Description

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in regulated industries.
  • Build pipeline from scratch and identify strategic enterprise accounts in an early-stage environment.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing $1M+ ACV deals.
  • Translate AI and ML capabilities into clear business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Develop account expansion strategies and deepen relationships across IT, product, and innovation teams.
  • Partner directly with the VP of Sales and founders to refine enterprise strategy.
  • Influence the product roadmap and help shape the sales playbook.
  • Sell into highly regulated industries such as FinServ, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail.
  • Position Unframe’s platform as a buy-vs-build solution for enterprise AI needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota over-achievement at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven track record closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations.
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting.
  • Experience succeeding in highly regulated industries with complex compliance requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.
  • Nice-to-have: regulated industry experience and early-stage success.
  • Location in Boston or ability to work remotely.
