Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team while setting priorities and maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Own lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, push notifications, segmentation, automated journeys, and loyalty communications.
  • Create and manage automated campaigns that guide customers through every stage of the journey.
  • Improve personalization across owned channels so communications are relevant, timely, and effective.
  • Use data and customer insights to build and refine audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Build, optimize, and scale customer journeys in platforms such as SFMC, Klaviyo, or Braze.
  • Continuously test and iterate on campaigns to improve performance and retention outcomes.
  • Oversee marketing automation performance and help expand SMS and push notification programs.
  • Oversee email design and messaging best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in email and database marketing or a related function.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or managing a small team.
  • Proven experience developing, implementing, and analyzing automated customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
  • 3+ years of experience working in marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Braze certification is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce.
  • Direct response marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with rewards and subscription programs, loyalty communication flows, and lead funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program effectiveness and communicate actionable insights.
  • Experience in the health or supplement space is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing principles, customer segmentation, and multi-channel marketing.
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail, presentation skills, business acumen, problem-solving ability, and project management skills.
