Description

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that support sales, product launches, promotions, and customer retention.
  • Plan campaign calendars in advance to align email content with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Design, manage, and optimize Klaviyo automation workflows such as welcome sequences, cart abandonment, post-purchase, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing, on-brand email templates.
  • Segment audiences using purchase history, browsing behaviour, and other data points to deliver targeted campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue per recipient.
  • Run A/B tests to improve subject lines, creative, and email content.
  • Ensure email copy reflects the brand tone, style, values, and regional accuracy for each market.
  • Stay current on email marketing and e-commerce trends to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • 3 years of experience in an email marketing role, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
  • Expertise in Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation, dynamic content blocks, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, trends, and analytics.
  • Creative writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand email copy.
  • Basic design skills using Figma or Canva.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar, and their integration with Klaviyo.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for furniture and home design is a plus.
