Description

  • Manage the full production process for email campaigns and automated flows.
  • Build emails in Klaviyo or similar email service platforms.
  • Write on-brand copy and create clear briefs for the design team.
  • QA content, logic, and builds before scheduling deployments.
  • Maintain the monthly content calendar and keep assets, approvals, and timelines on track.
  • Drive project timelines with clients and coordinate across design, strategy, and client teams.
  • Support the Retention Marketing Strategist with performance data pulls, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Build automated workflows, segmentation, and list logic.
  • Maintain list hygiene and support customer journey improvements through thoughtful messaging.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in retention marketing across email, SMS, CRM, or loyalty programs.
  • Resume and application materials must be submitted in English.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP, with strong preference for Klaviyo.
  • Strong copywriting skills for direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style to match different client brands.
  • Solid understanding of email analytics and the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Clear understanding of the difference between marketing campaigns and automated flows.
  • Proficiency in building segmented customer lists using behavioral and transactional data.
  • Experience working within Shopify or supporting Shopify-based clients.
  • A proactive, organized approach in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Shopify apps such as Yotpo, Loyalty Lion, JustUno, and Privy is preferred.
