Description

  • Own execution of the Q3 retention roadmap across onboarding, retention, and conversion.
  • Finalize and scale onboarding initiatives for the first 30-60 days of the subscriber journey.
  • Build and improve loyalty, rewards, cross-sell, plan upgrade, dunning, and cancel flow programs.
  • Nurture CRM leads into new subscribers in partnership with growth teams.
  • Manage an email agency to brief, optimize, and send campaigns and flows.
  • Write comms briefs and build lifecycle campaigns in Klaviyo across email and SMS.
  • Analyze subscriber, cohort, and churn data to identify opportunities and validate performance.
  • Design, read, and interpret A/B tests and turn results into recommendations.
  • Project manage cross-functional initiatives with product, brand, and CX stakeholders.
  • Track and report on repurchase rate, churn, LTV, and recovery rate.

Requirements

  • Experience in D2C ecommerce, ideally wellness, health, or subscription businesses.
  • Strong understanding of subscriber lifecycle mechanics.
  • Structured, evidence-based thinking and comfort working in data.
  • Ability to write or brief high-converting, human-sounding communications.
  • Detail-oriented and able to execute work correctly and thoroughly.
  • Ability to take ambiguous problems from concept to shipped solution.
  • Experience project-managing cross-functional initiatives and building alignment without formal authority.
  • Daily use of AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, drafting, and QA.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Skio, Superfiliate, Northbeam, or similar retention/lifecycle tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with subscription mechanics such as dunning, involuntary churn, cancel flow design, and win-back economics (preferred).
  • Experience running or reading A/B tests (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $132,000-$140,000.
