Description

  • Scale a customer reference program that turns power users and AI adopters into advocates, reference callers, and case study contributors.
  • Interview customers and create ROI-driven case studies, video scripts, and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with events, webinar, and product teams to promote launches and events to the customer base.
  • Design and execute customer adoption campaigns such as newsletters, user groups, and webinars.
  • Develop customer-facing collateral, adoption toolkits, and release communications for existing users.
  • Capture customer success stories and market feedback to support expansion and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of customer marketing, advocacy, or lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in legal-tech or AI-tech is a significant plus.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience drafting case studies, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional workflows across Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing teams.
  • Experience managing customer programs such as advisory boards, surprise-and-delight, or industry events.
  • Experience running multi-stage email campaigns and customer journeys in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
