Description

  • Own the strategy and execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Identify funnel gaps and build customer journeys that improve retention and engagement.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns in Braze using drag-and-drop tools and Braze Liquid.
  • Set up A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and recommend optimizations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and visually engaging.
  • Develop automated lifecycle campaigns, triggered messaging, and personalized customer journeys through segmentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally at a consumer app.
  • Hands-on Braze experience, including Canvas Builder, segmentation, and event-based triggers.
  • Data-driven mindset with interest in performance analysis and optimization.
  • Creative, resourceful problem-solver with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines and cross-team workflows.
  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools like Claude is a plus.
