Description

  • Evolve feature concepts into detailed product requirements and specifications through research, ideation, and use case definition.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, UX, engineering, and other product managers to refine scope and prepare teams for new projects.
  • Manage requirements with design, engineering, QA, and go-to-market teams to ship new features, enhancements, and products.
  • Serve as a key authority and point of contact for project development concepts, business strategy, and business models.
  • Lead multiple projects from concept to release and ensure requirements, meetings, and deliverables stay aligned to goals.
  • Evaluate product features using user behavior, customer feedback, and input from Customer Service to recommend improvements.
  • Compile and interpret quantitative and qualitative customer feedback and market research to assess product fit and define enhancements.
  • Identify problems, constraints, and tradeoffs to support product development under ambiguous conditions, limited resources, and tight timelines.
  • Present and review new features with internal teams and customers.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including data dictionaries, product overviews, and user guides.
  • Conduct post-launch user testing and summarize findings, including successes and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience developing new and evolving features for SaaS platforms.
  • Experience managing complex web and mobile app projects from inception to launch.
  • Solid experience with agile and iterative software product development.
  • Ability to define new concepts and features and take them from inception to launch for customers.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams to launch commercial products successfully.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
