Description

  • Drive the strategy and roadmap for Chainguard Container Images.
  • Ship product improvements that streamline how developers adopt and build with Chainguard Container Images.
  • Lead projects from ideation through launch and post-launch support.
  • Iteratively improve the product while unlocking new customers and growth.
  • Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to guide product decisions.
  • Measure the effectiveness of team efforts and adjust direction when needed.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, UX, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Represent Chainguard externally in customer, prospect, partner, and analyst meetings.

Requirements

  • Highly technical background with the ability to quickly establish credibility with developers.
  • Prior experience as a developer or proven success in systems, networks, or a similarly technical area.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of deeply engaging with customers and owning outcomes through hands-on execution and delivery.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Linux software packaging and/or container image building experience (bonus).
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks such as FedRAMP, STIGs, and FIPS (bonus).
  • Base salary range of $205,000 to $231,000 USD.
