Description

  • Develop and execute product strategy for the assigned product area in alignment with company vision, goals, and market demands.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 product managers to achieve team objectives and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, legal, finance, operations, and customer support to prioritize and build product experiences.
  • Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of HR solutions and payment products to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor product performance and KPIs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Advocate for the product area internally and externally, including presenting to stakeholders, customers, and industry events.
  • Work cross-functionally with other product areas and business leaders to deliver user-centric outcomes.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in product management with a proven track record of managing teams and successful product launches.
  • Extensive experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required.
  • Ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code or prototypes, not just write specs.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including guiding others to deliver on objectives.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into product plans.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Outstanding written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Remote work experience is a plus, but not required.
