Description

  • Proactively generate new pipeline through outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative outreach.
  • Research and identify target accounts and key stakeholders using data and intent signals.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand customer needs, priorities, and fit.
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and set them up for success.
  • Personalize outreach with messaging tailored to customer problems.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to refine targeting, messaging, and processes.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Continuously improve performance through coaching, feedback, and experimentation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing, or quota-driven roles within SaaS.
  • Strong interest in building a career in sales.
  • Comfort with outbound activity, including cold calling and proactive outreach.
  • Grit, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection without losing momentum.
  • Clear written, verbal, and video communication skills.
  • A growth mindset with coachability, curiosity, and eagerness to improve.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar is helpful but not required.
  • Based in Barcelona is strongly preferred.
