Description

  • Partner with Enterprise customers at key points in their lifecycle to understand needs and coach them toward their goals with Typeform.
  • Drive activation, continued adoption, retention, and long-term customer partnerships for new and existing Enterprise accounts.
  • Provide product recommendations, identify obstacles, and uncover opportunities to expand customer use cases.
  • Use internal tools to monitor customer health, usage metrics, engagement, and progress.
  • Re-engage customers who fall out of cadence and mitigate risk in accounts.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and negotiate and close renewals.
  • Deliver account reviews and share trends with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, Community, and Marketing to improve the customer journey and inform content, program, and product development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or a customer relationship management role, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Track record of driving expansions and renewals.
  • Ability to build rapport easily with customers and team members.
  • Process-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to identify and communicate trends within a book of business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a non-technical way.
  • Natural curiosity, enthusiasm, and a team-focused, collaborative approach.
  • Flexibility and openness to change.
  • Preferred: experience working in a fast-paced organization.
  • Preferred: strong time and work management skills to prioritize customer engagements and requests.
  • Preferred: based in the ET timezone.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $65,000 to $95,000 USD.
  • 5-10% bonus depending on level and performance.
