Description

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain company records and databases.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, ensuring records are accurate and compliant with company procedures.
  • Provide administrative support across Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, Logistics, and Accounts.
  • Extract data from Excel and produce accurate reports for management and key stakeholders.
  • Assist with general office coordination and day-to-day operational support.
  • Conduct periodic checks and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
  • Support internal communication through team meetings and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Undertake additional administrative duties as directed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administration role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, intermediate to advanced Excel, and G Suite.
  • Ability to work across databases and systems.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.
  • Experience with SharePoint for document management and collaboration is desirable.
