Description

  • Assist with administration and coordination related to NEN 4400 certification processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork and compliance documentation.
  • Support internal teams by handling filing, archiving, correspondence, and other office tasks.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external bodies regarding NEN 4400 requirements.
  • Assist in audits and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
  • Support the preparation of reports and status updates related to compliance.
  • Handle general office duties including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing supplies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration or compliance support, preferably related to NEN 4400 or similar regulatory standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Competency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes is a plus.
  • A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work.
