Description

  • Conduct market, prospect, and stakeholder research to inform deal strategy and uncover opportunities.
  • Design tailored solution strategies that align Twin's capabilities with prospect priorities.
  • Translate complex clinical, product, and operational concepts into executive-level narratives, presentations, and business cases.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Operations, and Marketing teams to shape market-facing strategy and messaging.
  • Participate in cross-functional planning for pilots, strategic initiatives, and enterprise implementations.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving commercial processes, CRM adoption, pipeline visibility, and reporting.
  • Maintain a high bar for quality, consistency, and rigor across all deliverables.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, sales enablement, sales operations, or sales support in healthcare tech or digital health.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including payers, employers, providers, EHRs, claims, and value-based care.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical and clinical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with crafting deal-specific slides in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and navigating RFP processes.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Clay, and proposal tools.
  • This is a remote role available to U.S.-based candidates only.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S., and sponsorship is not available.

  • $125,000-$140,000 annual salary range.
