Description

  • Manage and expand key regulated vertical customer accounts.
  • Develop, drive, and execute account strategies to deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across the assigned account portfolio.
  • Collaborate with product, finance, support, services, and operations teams on account execution.
  • Run disciplined forecasts, meet performance goals, and present guidance to executive leadership.
  • Lead highly consultative sales cycles with large customers through deep discovery and needs analysis.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
  • Stay current on industry changes and share best practices with peers and teammates.

Requirements

  • 8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in major account or strategic sales.
  • Experience managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions.
  • Experience with relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
  • Comfort working with business and highly technical leaders and influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical account development approach using data to identify opportunities and prove value.
  • Proven experience managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define processes and build programs.
  • Track record of delivering revenue and gross profit results for large-scale or enterprise customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Deep experience with telecom companies, including CPaaS, SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communications platforms (preferred).
  • Domain expertise in highly quantitative industries such as DevOps, fintech, advertising optimization, investment banking, security, or commodity trading (preferred).
  • Software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS selling experience (preferred).
  • Remote role with no hiring eligibility in CT, NJ, NY, WA, PA, or surrounding areas of San Francisco, Oakland, or San Jose.
  • Approximately 20% travel is required.
