Description

  • Manage and expand key ISV customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue, gross margin, and gross profit growth.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across the ISV account portfolio.
  • Work closely with product, finance, support, and services teams on cross-functional account management.
  • Run disciplined forecasting and present performance guidance to executive leadership.
  • Lead highly consultative sales cycles through deep discovery and customer needs analysis.
  • Build and maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Stay current on industry changes and share best practices with the team and peers.

Requirements

  • 8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in major account or strategic sales.
  • Experience managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions.
  • Experience with relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
  • Comfort working with business and highly technical leaders and influencing stakeholders.
  • Data-driven account development strategy focused on identifying opportunities and proving value.
  • Track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define process and build programs.
  • Proven ability to deliver revenue and gross profit results for large-scale and enterprise customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Preferred experience with telecom companies, including CPaaS, SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communications platforms.
  • Preferred domain expertise in highly quantitative industries such as DevOps, fintech, advertising optimization, investment banking, security, or commodity trading.
  • Preferred software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS selling experience.
  • Preferred experience selling through ISV partners.
