Description

  • Manage and support GitLab Industry enterprise accounts.
  • Develop account plans tailored to customer business needs.
  • Use a consultative, value-based selling approach to build ROI- and business case-driven opportunities.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process by coordinating Solutions Architects, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, Marketing, Executives, Partners, and Channel resources.
  • Apply solution selling to identify customer needs and create long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct prospecting and opportunity development to build future pipeline in strategic accounts.
  • Lead BDR activities for assigned accounts through targeted outreach and pipeline generation.
  • Prepare formal quotes, sales proposals, and sales presentations that address customer business issues.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis for wins and losses.
  • Provide account leadership through pre-sales and post-sales rollout, adoption, and coordination with support resources.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of customer KPIs and the ability to plan around customer business strategies and goals.
  • Strong use of AI to improve efficiency and productivity in support of customer growth strategy.
  • Experience selling into complex enterprise organizations.
  • Consistent results and a track record of overachieving quota.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including comfort presenting to C-level executives.
  • Experience with solution selling and value-based positioning.
  • Deep understanding of Git, software development tools, and application lifecycle management.
  • Ability to use GitLab.
  • Ability to manage temporary workload peaks flexibly.
  • Ability to travel as needed and comply with the company travel policy.
