Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and territory plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage a mixed pipeline of high-velocity transactional deals and larger enterprise opportunities.
  • Partner with BDRs to co-develop territory plans, outbound strategies, and pipeline generation efforts.
  • Own the end-to-end closing process, including discovery, solution pitching, and procurement activities.
  • Work with technical stakeholders and executives to identify expansion opportunities for SELECT.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Engineering team on solution-focused customer conversations.
  • Build and execute multi-channel outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Stay current on FinOps and data engineering trends to support customer conversations.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks and help shape the SELECT sales culture.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and one local language.
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing both high-volume transactional cycles and complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Technical background with a deep understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.
  • Strong sales forecasting and CRM management discipline.
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to operate from big-picture strategy to tactical execution.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with sales and business development activities in a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” environment.
