Description

  • Manage and expand key retail customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  • Partner with Twilio teams to identify new revenue opportunities across regulated verticals.
  • Serve on cross-functional account teams with product, finance, support, and services partners.
  • Run disciplined forecasts and present guidance to executive management.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles with large customers through deep discovery and customer advocacy.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in major account or strategic sales.
  • Experience managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions.
  • Experience with relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
  • Ability to work with business and highly technical leaders and build influential partnerships.
  • Analytical account development approach using data to identify opportunities and prove value.
  • Demonstrated experience managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define process and build programs.
  • Track record of delivering revenue and gross profit results for large-scale or enterprise customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Deep experience with telecom companies, including CPaaS, SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communications platforms (preferred).
  • Software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS selling experience (preferred).
  • Remote role; not eligible to be hired in CT, NJ, NY, WA, PA, or surrounding areas of San Francisco, Oakland, or San Jose.
  • Approximately 30% travel is required.
