Description

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and program managers to architect and manage solutions in Salesforce and adjacent systems for the contract lifecycle management team.
  • Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM processes and user personas to ensure compatibility across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders across business and technical teams with varying priorities and levels of technical acumen.
  • Lead end-to-end projects to improve how Go-To-Market and internal teams track and manage CPQ/CLM products.
  • Architect and implement Salesforce solutions, including automation and system behavior using Lightning Components, Apex, and Flow.
  • Translate business requirements from diverse stakeholders into actionable technical solutions.
  • Provide ongoing roadmap design and ownership with the product owner and product manager.
  • Advocate for technology best practices and represent technology interests in stakeholder discussions.
  • Ensure solution design supports scalability, system health, compliance readiness, and operational excellence across Quote-to-Cash workflows.

Requirements

  • 10 years of extensive experience with Salesforce and Order-to-Cash implementations.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale automation within a CLM and e-signature tool, preferably Conga + DocuSign, inside the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation, Conga X-Author, document templates, and DocuSign APIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to capture thinking, recommendations, and process mappings in clear, highly detailed documentation.
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner who can constructively challenge stakeholders and leadership to support system scalability and long-term sustainability.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate complex or ambiguous concepts into actionable plans.
  • Salesforce B2B Solution Architect, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Developer I certifications are desired, with Salesforce Application/System Architect or Developer certifications highly preferred.
  • Experience designing and building within Salesforce for a massive user base of 2,000+ users is preferred.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and integration middleware such as MuleSoft, Workato, or Tray.io is preferred.
