Description

  • Monitor KPIs across digital channels and ensure data integrity and visibility of results.
  • Build studies, analyses, and reports that support real-time business decisions.
  • Own official reports and present numbers with clear context and insights behind the data.
  • Guide the business team with data-driven recommendations and action plans.
  • Lead project governance by running rituals and strategic meetings to ensure stakeholders execute action plans.
  • Lead exploratory analysis of funnel behavior and digital user journeys across web and app.
  • Develop hypotheses and insights to support conversion-rate improvement.
  • Automate reports and analyses to reduce manual work.
  • Build AI agents to support reporting routines and analysis workflows.
  • Support digital marketing strategy through funnel analysis and conversion optimization.

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to extract and manipulate large volumes of data independently.
  • Experience with BigQuery and Databricks.
  • Experience building dashboards and using data visualization tools such as Data Studio.
  • Experience using GenAI models such as GPT-4, Gemini, or Claude to automate analysis and accelerate script creation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics for web and product data, including user journey, retention, conversion, and cohort analysis.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Amplitude or similar event-based analytics tools.
  • Ability to navigate complex funnel analysis independently.
  • Ability to validate the consistency and taxonomy of tracked tags and events.
  • Remote work location (#REMOTO).
