Description

  • Advise engineering and product leaders on talent strategy and workforce planning.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for complex and high-stakes R&D searches.
  • Proactively source, assess, and close top technical talent.
  • Use market analytics and talent intelligence to shape search strategy and hiring decisions.
  • Coach senior leaders and hiring managers on market trends, success profiles, prioritization, and location trade-offs.
  • Align interviewer panels on assessment criteria and structured hiring practices.
  • Design and scale regional and global engineering recruiting programs and projects.
  • Build trusted partnerships with R&D leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor recruiters and contribute leadership within TA and People Partnerships.
  • Use AI and recruiting technology to improve sourcing, interview processes, and hiring quality.

Requirements

  • Deep full-cycle technical recruiting experience hiring software, ML, AI engineers, TPMs, and engineering managers in tech or tech-adjacent environments.
  • Experience influencing VP+ executives, HRBPs, and cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor recruiters and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Experience designing holistic search strategies and leading org-wide talent initiatives.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal oversight.
  • Success managing high-touch candidate journeys and executive closing.
  • Expertise in data modeling, analytics, external market mapping, and talent intelligence.
  • Experience with ATS/CRM platforms, candidate relationship management, and AI recruiting tools.
  • Preferred: hiring technical talent in North America and Latin America.
  • Preferred: leading or participating in global TA and recruiting programs.
